We always ask lots of questions from our customers or those who call in to determine what is the most economical solution for their specific inquiry.
If a furnace is not a builder grade model and if it is less than 3 years, we recommend repairing it IF it is going to cost the customer between $300 to $700. If the furnace is older than 10 years we highly recommend replacing it with one of our Carrier furnaces that are guaranteed to be much more efficienct that their existing furnace and 10 years of parts and labor warranty that they would receive with the new furnace.
There are also rebates available that home owners can take advantage of when upgrading their furnace. We help out with the process and make it simple and easy.
